
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for your package to ship. Depending on the time of year, packages usually take 2-5 days to be delivered.
Who do you ship with?
We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class International. All customers will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order every step of the way.
Lost Packages
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes $50 of insurance and tracking. If your package is lost, please contact us at info@nolli.co and we will do everything we can to assist you. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Canada at the moment.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please provide pictures of your damaged item and your order number in an email to info@nolli.co and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted under certain circumstances and within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us at info@nolli.co.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt. Specify the exchange item in your email and send to info@nolli.co and also include this information in your return package.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
Exchange shipping is included for domestic orders only.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, you should see a refund on your credit card within 7-10 business days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
What if I need my package by a certain date?
If you need your package guaranteed by a certain date, please contact info@nolli.co before you make your purchase so that we can confirm the request. Extra shipping fees may apply.
CARE AND MATERIALS
How do I care for my hats?
We recommend spot cleaning and not putting your hats in the wash or dryer. They can be hand washed but too much water can pull the fabric.
Where are my hats made?
Our beanies are designed in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Asheville, NC and made in one of the few remaining knitting mills in the USA!

Infant: Average size is infant to 6 months old
Toddler: Average size is 6 months old up to 3 years old
